Press release for immediate publication
Düsseldorf/Divača, February 2015
Only four years after its foundation, SEVEN REFRACTORIES enters the international trade show stage with its participation in this year’s GIFA in Düsseldorf in June.
SEVEN REFRACTORIES has chosen this year’s GIFA in Düsseldorf for its worldwide commercial trade show debut. The event, co-located every three years with METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST, celebrates the general motto “The Bright World of Metals” and takes place from June 16 – 20 in Düsseldorf. The 2015 exhibition promises to be bigger than ever, and SEVEN REFRACTORIES is proud to take part in the international venue.
The news of the trade show participation comes only four years after the foundation of SEVEN REFRACTORIES. The company’s specialisation in refractory materials is based on a solid basis of an international management team with decades of experience in the industry.
Over the last years, SEVEN REFRACTORIES has seen rapid and sustainable growth and developed a full product portfolio for the iron, steel, and thermal industries.
“It is true that we can look back to a few highly successful years. Now is the right time to enter formally enter the big stage of an international trade show, and Düsseldorf’s GIFA is the perfect venue for us”, stresses Erik Zobec, CEO.
SEVEN’s trade exhibition features both standard products and new developments such as SEVEN CAST LCS, a no-cement chemical bonded castable for vibrating casting with highly beneficial drying characteristics.
In addition, an innovative concept based on self flown and vibration for ladle repair and maintenance will be presented. In terms of performance and environmentally friendly products, SEVEN offers an innovative range of high-performing resin bonded tap hole clays. The tap hole clays are not only high-performing, but also boast the lowest concentration of Benzo-α-pyren. Due to intense research, SEVEN has managed to dramatically reduce the concentration value and even exceed the limits set forth by the German Ordinance without compromising on product performance.
