For new exhibitors

You want to exhibit at METEC for the first time? Have you taken part in the past but not at the last edition of METEC ?

There are two steps necessary for the registration:

Please insert your application data online in the application forms.
Then print the filled out forms and send them as an application to Messe Duesseldorf via mail (and/ or fax). Please don't forget to sign and stamp the forms.

The following net participation fees have been set for METEC 2019. Prices apply as per square metre of floor space.

These are net prices which means they do not include VAT and/or other charges for Goods and Services.

The media-flat rate to be paid by every exhibitor serves the publishing of the exhibitor data in the electronic media and possibly other media along with use of the event’s Internet page by the exhibitors. An additional charge of € 0.60 per sqm is levied as a contribution to the Confederation of German Trade Fair and Exhibition Industries (AUMA).
