A basic entry in the digital and printed media including your hall and stand number is already included in your media fee. We provide media services so that you can clearly present your company, products and solutions to fair visitors. By doing so, you can polish your image while making it easier for potential clients to find and contact you.
This year NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA GmbH is our official media partner and therefore your contact for your presentation in the visitor trade fair media – catalogue, Visitors‘ Guide, online portal, mobile app, visitor information system D:vis, and video wall on site. You can view all media options in the new Online Order System and can place orders until the deadline 11.03.2019. Advertising on the exhibition grounds
Outdoor advertising
Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges, or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 11 March 2019.

FIRST: The new Truck Slot System

In 2018 the proven truck routing system was extended to include a slot system. It sends a notification of the truck already at the time of ordering the forklift truck required for loading or unloading. The Slot System ensures accelerated handling of the truck and autonomously reserves the required parking space in front of the relevant hall at the desired point in time.
The slot can only be reserved in conjunction with a forklift truck or crane and is booked bindingly with the accredited trade fair forwarding agent. The booking fee is 10.00 € per slot. Your trade fair forwarding agent will be pleased to advise you!
