The METEC Supporting Programme

The Bright World of Metals is approaching with giant strides: From 12 to 16 June the Hot Topics ecoMetals, decarbonisation and circular economy take center stage at Düsseldorf's trade fair quartet. Especially this year news in these areas are particularly relevant for energy consuming branches. Therefore, do not hesitate to take a look at our highly topical supporting programme! It is obvious already now that the challenges of our times fuel digitization in metal technology and also the search for sustainable and trendsetting solutions.

The Topic of the Month also takes you onto the path for future developments: The European Commission wants to boost the ramp-up of the hydrogen economy with 800 million Euros. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.
