Industry news: date of Bright World of Metals in 2027 and international spin-offs

Dear Sir or Madam,

There are still a little more than three years to go, but time will fly: the new date for the Bright World of Metals in Düsseldorf has been set! From June 21 to 25, 2027, GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST will present the latest developments in the industry. And in the meantime, our international spin-offs will provide updates and a lively exchange all over the world.

World-leading trade fair quartet in Düsseldorf in 2027

The new dates for the GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST trade fairs have been set. The leading international trade fairs of the industry will present themselves at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre from 21 to 25 June 2027. Commenting on this, Malte Seifert, Director of GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST at Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, says: “We are delighted to have found dates in early summer that have already proven their worth in the past. The Bright World of Metals is and will remain the absolute highlight for the metallurgy and foundry sectors worldwide.”

In the meantime, until Bright World of Metals 2027 in Düsseldorf, there will be opportunities for a worldwide face-to-face exchanges. The industry sectors of GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST are represented at the following events:

11–14 September 2024 GIFA/METEC Indonesia – Jakarta, Indonesia International Foundry and Metallurgical Trade Fairs and Forums for Indonesia

25–28 September 2024 THERMPROCESS China – Shanghai, China International Trade Fair for Thermal Process Technology

16–18 October 2024 GIFA Mexico – Mexico City, Mexico International Foundry Trade Fair and Forum for Latin America

27–29 November 2024 METEC India – Mumbai, India International Metallurgical Technology, Processes and Metal Products Trade Fair

17–19 September 2025 GIFA/METEC Southeast Asia – Bangkok, Thailand International Foundry and Metallurgical Trade Fairs and Forums for Thailand
