ArcelorMittal Germany publishes sustainability overview 2022

ArcelorMittal Germany has published its sustainability overview for 2022. The information and key figures contained therein were created with reference to the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standards. The report covers ecological, social and economic topics, presents the company's impact on people and the environment and describes the goals and progress in these different areas. In addition to general information about the group, the business model and the strategy, ArcelorMittal's ten sustainability categories are an integral part of the report. 

The production, processing and sales locations of ArcelorMittal Germany were included in the production and relevant local topics were brought into focus. A main focus of the overview is the decarbonization of steel production and the transformation strategy at the respective locations.
