KUME Deburring Cell

KUME Deburring Cell is used to duburring heavy and medium sized components.

The cell has a scanner that works automatically, creating a point cloud that make up the work map.

The headstock is capable of following irregular, complex surfaces in 6 different axes.

The cell can be equipped with an automatic tool magazine and automatic headstock configuration according to end user requeriments.

We offer 3 KUME Cells depending on customer requeriments:

Kume DBR PH

Deburring for Large Tonnage parts.

Kume DBR PE

Deburring of Medium-Weight parts

(2 t-20t)

Kume DBR PT

Deburring of small-sized parts thet need a short deburring time.

Most of our robotic deburring cells are equipped with KUKA robots.

Engineering dedicated to the design and manufacture of robotized cells for deburring forged and cast parts.

Our objective is to automate the deburring processes that have traditionally been done by hand.

In Getting Robotika we have developed 3 Kume Cells to provide a response to the different types of products on the market, our cells are applied in different sectors : Energy, Shipbuilding, Aerospace, Cement.

With Kume you can debur components such as: Hubs, Main Frames, Handling Equipment, Hooks, Valves, Crankcases, Engine Blocks, Brake Discs.

The Kume Cell headstock is capable of following irregular, complex surfaces in 6 different axes. The scanner works automatically, creating the point cloud that will make up the work map.

All our Cells are designed in our R&D+i department.
