TEMA

Green Project produces a wide range of high performance paint / ink marking systems for hot and cold metal products (up to 1100°C), able to satisfy the most demanding requirements in terms of good readability, fast marking, reliability, limited maintenance.

TEMA is available in three different solutions:

TEMA MULTI: modular head with multiple guns (7, 9, 12 guns) for marking characters defined by a matrix of dots, used in general for very hot applications. It can mark on the fly.

TEMA ZEUS: modular head with multiple guns (7, 9, 12, 16 guns) for high quality, high speed dot matrix marking, used for cold or hot applications up to approx. 800°C. It can mark on the fly.

TEMA MONO: single gun head for continuous line marking like handwritten. It is used for high quality marking in cold, hot and very hot application. It can mark stationary or very slow moving products.

Puma

Punching is the technology for obtaining a permanent marking directly indented in hot or cold metal products.
Green Project developed a complete range of punching machines based on the PUMA concept, specifically designed for the steel industry, which are showing excellent operation thanks to their high performances and reliability in conjunction with easy operation and really low operational costs.

The systems presented hereafter offer a suitable solution for any need:

PUMA HAMMER: heavy duty punching device with single, hard metal chisel, mainly used in C.C. plants for identifying billets, blooms, slabs.

PUMA SPEEDY: multi-pin, very fast punching device, mainly used in hot and cold rolling mills for plates, pipes, bars, profiles.

PUMA MONO: single pin graphic punching device, mainly used for pipes, beams, bars, profiles, samples where a high marking speed is not necessary.

Ink

Ink is the technology to mark characters defined by matrices of ink dots. It differs from the TEMA marking technology since it doesn’t use air for spray. The ink is delivered as a sequence of dots thrown by multiple nozzles or by a single nozzle and an electro-magnetic field.
Thanks to this feature the Ink technology perfectly fits for marking at very high speed, as required for the thin metal strip, the beams, the pipes at the exit of the rolling mills.
The result is a marking of excellent quality, particularly impressive if applied to smooth / bright metal surfaces. It is not applicable on harsh surfaces.
Basically this technology is dedicated to applications at ambient temperature, even if some special inks are today formulated for specific applications at higher temperature.
The two models of ink marking unit are:
DOD (Delivery On Demand), consisting in a battery of multiple nozzles
CJ (Continuous Jet) consisting in a single nozzle where an electro-magnetic field deviates the sequeces of ink micro-dots for writing the characters.
