OMD 1700 Oxygen Analyzer

OMD 1700 Oxygen Analyzer is used to measure the oxygen percentage inside the flue gases. Main spects include being economic, having long service life, making sensitive and rapid measuring, having long stability and economical spare parts.

OMD 1700 works with zirconia (ZrO2) ceramic sensor. It can make measurement in low exhaust gas temperature and its parameters can not influence by different exhaust gas temperatures. Oxygen value is seen on the local panel to transmit the measurements to the other systems via 4 - 20 mA signal.

COMBUSTION SYSTEMS SEMINAR

In March 2019, YETEN COMBUSTION has organized an applied combustion system seminar together with Turkish Steel Producers Association. Technical staff of the leading Turkish Iron & Steel Producers have attended the seminar. Attendants are informed about the latest combustion technologies and industrial burner design.

In the afternoon, Mildflame® Flameless - Oxygen Enriched Burner, MSB® High & Medium Velocity Burner, MSB® Flat Flame Burner and OMD 1700 Oxygen Analyzer have tested in our Burner Test Furnaces.

After the tests, questions of the participants were answered and the seminar was concluded.

YETEN COMBUSTION EXPANDS BURNER TESTING FACILITIES

YETEN COMBUSTION adds another testing furnace to test lower capacity burners. It is suitable for direct heating up to 500 kW and indirect heating up to 300 kW with various radiant tubes. With this new facility, the company will continue its studies about improving burners and reducing NOx emissions.

YETEN Combustion & Energy Technologies is a family owned middle sized company in Istanbul, Turkey and provides complete solutions for the needs of industry in combustion and heating processes since 1987 with even more efficient, more reliable and more eco-friendly solutions.

Reseach and development in YETEN Combustion starts with design of the burner, continues with CFD analyses and optimizations. Finally, the product is tested in one of the test furnaces. A.T. Burner Test Furnace can be used to test burners up to 1,500 kW and to investigate flameless, multi staged, oxygen enriched and indirect combustion. With its length of 5,3 m, 1,500 °C can be achieved in the furnace. The recently introduced H.T. Burner Test Furnace is designed to test low capacity burners. It is suitable for direct heating up to 500 kW and indirect heating up to 300 kW with various radiant tubes. Maximum temperature is 1,100 °C. Thus, all products can be tested before handling to the customer.
