Universal joint shafts from Voith transmit torque from a driving machine to a driven machine and can accommodate a high degree of misalignment. Reliability and efficiency is our top priority.
We supply standard universal joint shafts, customer-specific adaptations, custom designs, center sections, connection technology and shaft support systems. Our wide range of services includes technical consultation, simulation of torsional vibrations and measurement of operating parameters.
Voith universal joint shafts ensure productivity and reduce maintenance costs. The torque capacity extends beyond 20,000 kNm (14 million lbf ft).

Torque Limiting and Connection Couplings
Torque limiting couplings from Voith protect all components in the driveline, allowing your equipment to work at a maximum level. In the event of a catastrophically high torque occurrence, the couplings interrupt the power flow in the driveline. This means that consequential damage and production downtime remain at a minimum. Special designs provide additional advantages to the production process.
