Lightweigth Metal Casting
Highly complex castings of various shapes is part of our normal production - there is no mass production here, just the mastery of ever-more complex, medium length production runs. The most important customers are drive-unit manufacturers. Important products are e.g. gearbox housings, hydraulic clutches, retarders as well as clutch housings and flywheel housings for engine manufacturers.

The foundry in Nersingen/Straß produces complex castings using automated sand casting and tilt casting processes. The products are used in commercial vehicles, drive systems, the printing industry, machine manufacturing and building services engineering.
