Pressurized water is the best fluid for heating transfer due to its characteristics of speed in thermal exchange and economic affordability. The limit of usage in the fluid state is raised up to 200 °C, thanks to heating systems with external electrical resistors not in contact with water. The management of the hydraulic circuit is assigned to a pneumatic valve system which grants maximal safety and reliability.
The software of management scans and processes all the values and the changes related to pressure, flow rate and temperature, automatically combining them into the best possible performance.

The advantages of the use of diathermic oil are connected to the possibility of reaching high temperatures safely. IECI temperature controllers are structured to support such operation continuously. The technical features include magnetic drive pumps without possibility of leakages of the fluid, and the heating elements are controlled by a PID system. Cooling systems can be managed with a proportional valve.
The combination of these features ensures compliance with chemical-physical characteristics of the oil, allowing a long life and an effective performance in the course of time.

Single zone series PF-GH, an absolute innovation in the die-casting sector, is a mobile Electro-hydraulic device designed to control mold temperature through the use of PRESSURIZED WATER thrust in conditioning channels. The exceptional uniqueness is represented by coupling between the use of water as a heat transfer fluid, and the use of methane gas as power supply to the heating system. Components and whole circuit are made of AISI 316 rust-proof stainless steel, and the innovative water pressurization system prevent any corrosion problems and limestone formation. The maximum temperature that heat transfer water can reach is 180 – 200 °C, whilst the minimum is determined by the parameters (pressure, flow rate and temperature) of the main water connected to the thermoregulator.
