Super filter, the advanced ceramic filter, is specially developed by us for aluminum refining industry. This product is characterized as  uniform air hole size, excellent filtration effect,  good thermal shock resistance, quick preheating, high strength and no slag or fracture etc. It can be designed as tubular filter, board filter, box filter and filter tube with customization size.

We supplies calcium aluminate (FCA), calcium silicate (FCS), calcium ferrite (FCF) and calcium slag (CSL) as the refining slag for the steel refining application.

The products are mainly used in RH & LF furnace refining to separate the sulfur, oxygen and contaminations in the steel slurry, which can reduce the content of harmful elements and impurities in the general carbon steel, high carbon steel, high/low alloy steel. Moreover, it can also improve the fluidity of the slag, achieves rapid formation of slag and efficient steel refining in secondary metallurgy.

Silicon Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide bricks are excellent in performance of corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, ageing resistance, deformation resistance and thermal shock resistance, and are featured with high temperature strength, good thermal conductivity and long service life.

They are widely used in the fields of electrolytic aluminum, blast furnace, smelting  furnace etc.

Black Silicon Carbide is produced in electric resistance furnace through heating silica sand and carbon at high temperature. It is an extremely hard material (Mohs hardness 9.25).

Silicon Carbide enjoys higher thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good thermal shock and abrasion resistant and high strength at elevated temperatures at high temperature (at 1000°C, SiC is 7.5 times stronger than Al2O3).

Application:  in iron foundries and in steel mills

We can supplies a full series of Fused Zirconia products, includes Fused Monoclinic Zirconia, Fused Calcia Stabilized Zirconia, Fused Magnesia Stabilized Zirconia and Fused Yttria Stabilized Zirconia.

Fused Zirconia is produced in electric arc furnace at temperatures in excess of 2700C. Zirconia has excellent thermal shock resistance and is very thermally stable to high temperatures, has low thermal conductivity, and is chemistry insert. Zirconia is also not wetted by many metals and glasses and is therefore an excellent contact material in the existence of slags. Fused Zirconia is used in steel and glass contact refractories, investment casting as shell building material, as wear resistant coatings, thermal barrier coatings, and other applications that require high temperature, and frequent thermal cycling.

SUNTEK tabular alumina enjoys high refractoriness, excellent thermal shock resistance, fantastic anti-creeping and anti-stripping performance. It is widely used in making steel industry refractory products including castables for ladles, porous bricks, seating bricks, sliding nozzles, ladle stoppers,etc . It is also widely used for investment casting, functional filler, ceramic roller, metal filtration and regeneration burner markets.

bubble alumina is mainly used for production of refractory insulation material, refractory lightweight bricks, and as loose bulk material for the filling of thermal insulation walls. It is also an ideal filler for high-temp. (1600-2400℃) furnace due to its chemically inert, such as induction furnace, nitriding furnace, etc. It can also be used as a bed in the firing process of vitrified grinding wheels.

Alumina is characterized as high a-alumina content, high melting point, high hardness value and stable crystal form. Products made of it are with high mechanical strength, good insulating property, corrosion resistance and refractory. It is suitable for unshaped refractory production. It can increase the sintered density of the castable, reduce the moisture addition of the castable, improve its fluidity, strength and lower the rate of change.

Applications:

It can used for ceramic roller, refractory castable, pure alumina refractory filler, kiln furniture, refractory fiber, high alumina ceramics(especially for high alumina grinding medium), mechanical components, electronic components, high frequency insulating ceramics and glass and ceramics glaze.

White Fused Alumina is electrically fused in arc furnace with high grade bayer processed alumina as raw material. It’s characterized by its high purity, chemical stability, a high melting point, and large crystal size.
