The ACS process uses the electrical conductivity of all common inorganic binders, allowing fast and efficient heating of sand cores from within. No external heat supply is necessary.

The patented process is new and has already been successfully tested on an automated core shooter.

40% energy savings, up to 30% reduction in curing times and flexural strengths> 380 N / cm² were achieved.

Advanced Core Solutions (ACS) is a startup to develop and distribute innovative technology for the electrical curing of inorganic sand cores.

The ACS technology is the finalist of the IQ Innovation Award  in Germany as part of the Automotive Cluster of 2019.

With the patented process, inorganic sand cores can be produced at 120 ° C and in less than 60 seconds. Up to 40% energy savings and 30% shorter curing times are achieved.

The process has already been successfully tested on an automated core shooting system and is currently being prepared for series production.
